From the Backlist ~ A Cup of Dust by Susie Finkbeiner

I thought it would be fun to share a book every week that I've had on my TBR for a while. Maybe it will inspire me to bump it up to the top of the pile.

A Cup of Dust: a Novel of the Dust Bowl (Pearl Spence #1)

I recently read and reviewed All Manner of Things by Susie Finkbeiner and loved it. I studied the the Dust Bowl with my children when we were homeschooling and I would love to learn more about it in the context of historical fiction.

From the Backlist ~ Then There Was You by Kara Isaac

I thought it would be fun to share a book every week that I've had on my TBR for a while. Maybe it will inspire me to bump it up to the top of the pile.

Then There Was You

I actually have a really good chance of reading this one soon. My Instagram book club will be reading this in November, and I'm excited! I don't read a lot of contemporary romance, but the premise of this one sounds intriguing. I love music, and I love Australia! Plus the cover is cute. Have you read this one? Let me know in the comments.

From the Backlist

Like every reader out there, I love new releases. However, there are so many great books on my Kindle and my unread shelf that are being neglected in favor of the books that are shiny and new. I thought it would be fun to feature some of the books that have been on my TBR for a while, and give them a little love.

Behind the Scenes (Apart from the Crowd, #1)
Behind the Scenes

I can't believe I've never read a book by Jen Turano. I have several on my Kindle, but I think I will probably start with this one. It's the first book in her current series. Have you read any of Jen Turano's books? Let me know in the comments.

I read Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant a few years ago, and it has really stuck with me. I read Clock Dance this summer and loved it. I'm anxious to read more Anne Tyler, and I have this one on my shelf. Have you read any of Anne Tyler's books? Let me know in the comments.

Five Miles South of Peculiar

Angela Hunt is one of my favorite author's, but for some reason I haven't read this one yet. Hopefully I'll remedy that soon. What books have been languishing on your book shelf? Let me know in the comments.
